Finishes

Caesarstone offers four finish options, with the finish options for each colour chosen to dress the surface in a way that brings out the best in the design while ensuring it remains long-lasting without the need for sealants or wax.

Polished Finish

With its high-gloss smoothness, Polished finish emphasizes the surface features with its stunning luster. It attracts light and reflects it with elegance, illuminating the space around it with a natural brilliance that makes it seem larger and luxurious.

Honed Finish

Smooth to the touch and gentle on the eye, Honed finish offers a matte, low-gloss organic luminosity. Its subtle aesthetics is combined with a modest muted quality, adding delicate sophistication to the surface.

Concrete Finish

A lightly textured complexion, Concrete finish is inspired by the granular tactility of smooth concrete with a low reflection of light. Its faint grainy touch evokes the sensation of an organic material that is powerfully strong.

Ultra Rough Finish

A highly tactile finish, Ultra Rough, brings an added dimension of materiality inspired by the tactility of crude rocks, industrial metals, and concrete. Its distinctive granular touch ensures the highest durability for ease of use, while reinforcing organic nuances.

Please note that Honed and Concrete finishes require more cleaning than our Polished finishes. Since there is a more exposed surface area with these finishes, metal marks, fingerprints, and other signs of daily living will show. However, most of these marks can be removed with little effort and non-abrasive cleaning products such as our Caesarstone Spray and Cream Cleansers.
Caesarstone retains its beauty without sealants or waxes. Because of the unique properties, our photos and website images do not fully represent the surface. Please view a full slab at at your nearest showroom when considering these finishes.

Quartz Size

Most Caesarstone quartz and mineral surfaces come in Standard size. In addition, some Caesarstone surfaces are available in large Jumbo size, making it easier than ever to fill spaces with fewer joins. Please note that Jumbo Sizing ranges between 327 cm ±1.5% (L) × 164 cm ±1.5% (W).

Minor variations in actual product appearance, composition, size, thickness, color tone, or pattern are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute nonconformities. For best assurance on a project, we recommend selecting the actual slab at a local distribution center or authorized stone supplier.

Edges

All Caesarstone slabs come with a standard engineered cut, ready for experienced stone masons to fabricate the surface to your specifications. Your surface’s edge profile can be custom-designed by your preferred fabricator in a variety of thicknesses that inspire your design. Choosing the right edge profile for your specific design style and aesthetic adds the all-important finishing touches to your surface and optimises your design.

Please consult with your preferred fabricator, not all edges are available in all areas, and other options may be available in your location.
We recommend considering the following factors:
  • The top and bottom of edges must be rounded. Do not create square edges as the larger the surface area of the edge (ie. radius), the more resistant it is to chipping.
  • All edges should have a minimum radius on any edge profile of 3mm to 4mm. For added durability, the best option is a 6mm radius.
  • Undermount sinks should have a minimum radius of 6mm on the upper edge of the Caesarstone.
