Caesarstone became the first quartz surface manufacturer ever to present their products at Eurocucina in 2012, stunning architects, designers and kitchen owners alike with a gorgeous, expansive, open plan and completely white, Crocodile Motivo-clad stand. Thousands of design exhibitors flock to this event that only happens every two years to showcase their latest and greatest work. This kind of concentration of design expressions attracts nearly 300,000 local and international visitors who walk themselves to a standstill to take it all in.
Il Saloni, the massive host venue, is fittingly a modern architectural marvel – no surprise when you consider the hundreds of years’ worth of glorious, immemorial buildings found in Milan alone. With 18 exhibition halls lining a nearly one kilometre long walkway, it is impossible to do a thorough tour of the event in less than a week.
Stand designer and Caesarstone’s international sales manager, Dalia Kliger, delighted visitors with two ‘secret’ bathrooms hidden behind white doors. One was clad entirely in a honey-coloured, marble-look-alike, quartz surface from the up-and-coming marble-inspired collection (watch this space!), while the other bathroom was frosted in a gorgeous, White Quartz Concetto – beautifully backlit to up the opulence factor.
Maya Grinfeld, head of product marketing, reported receiving exciting feedback from visitors, who were inspired by the creative applications of Caesarstone collections on the stand. "The show isn’t even finished and we’ve already received orders for the display kitchen and bathrooms.” Orders for Caesarstone kitchens and bathrooms from Eurocucina exceeded expectations – testament of the cosmopolitan desirability of our quartz surfaces.
